The story

My wife Fi, and I share a love of the finest Tasmanian produce; from salmon to wine, from chocolate to whisky, from cheese to cider and for tasting, walking and talking. A passion best shared and enjoyed with others, so when I was looking for a career change, this was the perfect fit. I could share my knowledge of local history along with my knowledge of our local food and drink with fellow gourmets and foodies.
